For Scalp: Spray Dr. TopicOils RESTORE Skin Healing Mist directly on to the scalp and massage into the scalp for 30 -45 seconds. Allow Dr. TopicOils RESTORE Skin Healing Mist to dry on the scalp. Do not rinse out! Do not comb or brush the scalp BEFORE applying Dr. TopicOils RESTORE Skin Healing Mist.
